Scribble Font Final Specs

Final file format and size. Handed in no later than Tues. Sept. 14th to the Turnstile2 server. Make a folder with your name, and name each file with your last name someplace in the title

Scan your letters as:

• 8-bit
• grayscale
• 300 dpi when sized to 4.25 inches wide x 5.5 inches high

Use those scans and build an A-Z alphabet sheet with 1/4 - 1/2 inch border on all of them:

1. landscape - 17 inches wide x 11 inches high
2. portrait - 8.5 inches wide x 11 inches high
3. square - 9 inches square
4. Format the three above as High Quality Print PDFs, and hand in the three separate PDFs.

All of the above will be handed in:

• individual TIFFs for lowercase (26) and uppercase (26) (52 in all, but designers who did theirs in Illustrator as outlined vectors do not need to submit these);
• and PDF layouts (six in all); uppercase (landscape, portrait, square); and lowercase (landscape, portrait, square).
